• The death of the Flash. A story so powerful that DC let it stand for over 20 years, with Barry being the patron saint of the DCU, being used only sparingly even though as a time traveler he could have shown up more.

    The debut of the Earth-Prime Superboy. A story that barely made a dent on the DCU until the character came back in Infinite Crisis and became DC’s least popular bad guy. Also served as the inspiration for the much more popular Secret Identity miniseries by Kurt Busiek.
