Watching a bad business model go down in flames is never pretty. Hanlon’s Razor strikes again: it’s funny how easy it is to mentally register the difficulty the going-down-in-flames business is in, while still being endlessly infuriated by boneheaded, deceptive or possibly malicious treatment by said company. Anyway, I’ve enjoyed reading these, FWIW. What a fiasco.
