New on DVD and Blu-Ray

If you can forgive that it is explicitly propaganda for the emptiest man in football, and maybe in America, 80 for Brady is a perfectly charming time-waster with four great ladies in the lead and a grab-bag of real-deal actors, comedians, athletes, and Guy Fieris in the supporting parts. It’s to be treasured as a chance to see Sally Field having fun on-screen, and I of course have to support any negligible studio movie shot by an insanely overqualified cinematographer (John Toll going straight from Matrix Resurrections to this), but its M.O. is corrupt, especially once it leads into an ending that could keep Jon Bois up at night if he ever found out about it.
