New on DVD and Blu-Ray

A very lukewarm week that doesn’t leave me a whole bunch to talk about. The biggie is the Warner Archive Collection releasing the first Thin Man, and I’m sure the people who watch BoJack Horseman will be thrilled to see its first two seasons released on Blu-Ray (even if all I’ve heard about the first season is that it’s rough). Otherwise? What intrigues me most is Brian De Palma’s Domino, his latest apologists-only exercise, this time with a hellish production and the likelihood of it having been cut to ribbons by the producers. Still, I’d probably rather watch that than Jefferson in Paris, widely regarded as not the worst thing Merchant-Ivory ever made.
