This is as dead a week for home video as I can recall covering for this series (outside of very late December months), although it actually has more intriguing new titles than last week did. Here, Disney releases two superior children’s adventures, The BFG and Pete’s Dragon, while Sony goes all the way to the other end of the spectrum with the violent thriller Don’t Breathe. If the catalog titles are scant, Kino at least makes up for that by finally releasing Richard Lester’s Finders Keepers on a home video format, and Arrow gives us a previously-unseen cut of Abel Ferrara’s The Driller Killer.
